I know we have discussed this from a number of angles but I wanted to bring it up again. Like many of you, I have pretty much used every type of material for spray gear. I like the polyester workout/sublimated stuff but using the rain shell spray pants makes me think using a light rain type spray shell just for spraying may be a good way to go. The clothing underneath would last longer, not necessarily have to be super chemical resistant and the juice would not go straight to your skin. I can see heat being an issue since the shell material is not really breathable.

I'm rebranding and trying to decide what to go with before I start ordering uni's. I read all the existing threads we have on the subject before posting this.

Do you have a link Eric or are you just talking about regular rain gear?

Eric, about 20 yrs ago I got from EMS (Eastern mountain sports) an ultra lightweight GORETEX breathable rain shell that is never to hot or restrictive that I use for pw'ing.
The best gift I've ever gotten and never effected by SH!

GORE TEXT makes a new product that sounds the same, but 20 yrs later it's got to be better.

Eric
I love the bibs we get from this company. I wear the chaps and love them! They keep my dry enough and are very comfortable.

They have a pretty good line of product that may fit the bill.

Hey Doug,
I guess I'm referring to standard lightweight rain gear. The Carahartt Huron pants are a good example. I'm gonna order some of the GoreTex stuff and see how it works out. I checked out the Uddertech stuff when you originally posted it Steve. It's basically open mesh in the back and I feel like we would need a bit more protection than that.
