Using chlorine enhancer's

How many guys use a chlorine enhancer. I now know alot of guys are mixing certain enhancer's in with there soap. I have never mixed and enhancer in when I batched mixed because I was rumored to kill your mix quickly. I actually bought a bucket of Fresh n Clear a fee years ago to try to boost the mixes early on in the year and later in the year but I never ever used it. Now that I have the Proportioner I'm thinking about putting and enhacer in my roof soap.

For the cold weather or at all times? The proportioner sure does make a lot of things possible!

I aslo have a Leslie's 5mins away. I actually used my hot water heater to heat up the water in my water tank and that alone makes a big difference.

But what more effective/Faster/cost less.. mixing The Fresh n Clear into my roof soap and just mix it at the proportioner? Or using the cost of Diesel to heat up 200 gallons of water.

Not sure TBH, you can heat up the solution but it probable cools off quick hitting a cold surface?

I add it to the water, Not sure about adding it to the soap. Water I can just dump out or dilute.  Soap your kind of stuck with it.

Soap tank is 7 gallons and would just use up that 7 gallons and then go back to regular soap because the temps will be higher

I use to use an enhancer. Now that we can just drop the PW hose in the tank, recycle and heat the water, works great for a cold roof. We also add some heat for house washes on those cold mornings. The burner doesn't use that much fuel to heat up the buffer tank. Considering the alternative of waiting for the roof to "pop" in cold weather, diesel is cheap.

It only takes us a few minutes to heat up the 200 gallon tank.
