I called Google and got and account manager. It took a few emails and missed called but I talked with Karen(Google Adwords rep). So here is what I learned ..

There are 2 plans ( Regular Adwords & Adwords Express)

Regular Adwords is $1,520.00 per month

Adwords Express is $750.00 per month

Both these plans come with 91 days of hands on manager to not only write your Advertisement but to also modify it and get it optimized and working properly.

On your adwords campaign...what type of return have you had on your investment?

I definitely want to try it sometime. I need to first find replacements for a couple of employees I just lost! Last time I hired, I posted on indeed and it turned out well. This time however, I am not finding much. Any good ideas where to find grown up workers?

  I haven't started it yet. But the Google rep does give you a report of estimated clicks and estimate click that convert to phone calls.  Then it is up to me to close the deal. I'm looking to ompleimpl this soon but I usesusu don't need help with the spring season. I was absulabsol burried last spring.. I'm looking to change July and August whick are my slowest months

Hey Brian. Don’t pay Google like that. It’s too expensive. Hire a marketing company that understands our industry to build a campaign for you and let them manage it. Also don’t use AdWords express. $1000 per month might be realistic, but a marketing company will get you a better return.

 I agree. I have a marketing company that we use. they are fine tuning it now and have been over the last month.  1000 a month is a fair budget.

Do you guys use local marketing companies or do you use one that is national?  I've been thinking and talking it over, using Adwords and Boosting for marketing, I'm just curious about a 3rd party company.

It seems like a good deal from Google but after talking to a few guys and thinking it over I'm going to use and outside manager that will be responsible for the add. After 91 days of support from Google I would be on my own. Once I get busy I won't have the time to manage or monitor this AdWords account
