Old aluminum siding

Hi, I hope Im in the right spot for this. Im going to be painting my mothers house when the weather gets better here in Pa, my problem is she doesnt have enough pressure in her house to run my pressure washer. The siding is at least from the 50s or 60s when my grandfather built it, as you can imagine, its very oxidized, lots of white powder, plus a lot of the paint has flaked, and is still flaking off.

What would be the best way to get this cleaned up, is there a solution I can use with a garden sprayer thatll help loosen up some of the paint as well as clean? The siding is in great shape with no dents etc either. Im not in the best shape to be scrubbing down the whole house by hand if it can be avoided. I plan on using emulsabond in the first coat of spray as well.

My plan as of right now is basically using bleach and TSP sprayed on with sprayer and a quick scrub with a siding brush, then a rinse, unless theres a better way. Off hand I cant remember if theres any mold, for some reason though I think there was a little but not much. Thanks for any ideas on this.

We have a few Exterior Cleaners in PA. You should hire one of them and watch and learn how its done. Then you will know how to do it.

Art has a good idea as to going about this work getting dome properly. You sure don't want to learn the hard way on your mother's house!

Also, it would be he helpful if you put something in your bio or at least fill out your signature. People like knowing who they are talking to.
