Watch for the ground bees this time of years guys. I set my ladder up today, and didn't even notice them, but when I came back down they attacked. Got stung five times before I could get out of there.
Spray Wash just finished this monstrosity, the Claude Pepper Building. Its located on a whole city block, so its a big one. Technically its 13 stories from lower parking deck to penthouse equipment area. Project too 20 days to clean, and during that time, we never cranked up a pressure washer! Everyt...

I hadn't greased the bearings in quite s...

Bio Barrier our mold and algae retarding product has until now only been a non dilute-able liquid product, which made buying a 55 gallon drum rather pricey in product cost and for shipping. But now we have a new concentrated drum kit that will lower shipping as well as a recent ingredient cost reducti...
Just a heads up on partial roof cleanings. I had a request to clean one half of a algae infest roof (north side). Customer said the other half was fine in his opinion and it wasn't that dirty. I informed him that the price would not be to far off from a complete Soft Wash shingle cleaning because of material...
