Joe Walters insurance has just raised my premiums. Monthly payment was $80. It is now $112. No claims, and no new equipment added. I called them to see if there was a mistake. She said it does seem you got hit hard. Go ahead and make your new payment. It will take TWO WEEKS to get an answer as to why it increas...
I was fortunate once again to have lunch with the big man himself today. I met him at his usual Social Club, it was the same old thing. Eneter, get frisked, lift shirt up {some screams of disgust } and spin around and then escorted to the rear table in the back corner. He looked like his old self and my meal w...
Watch for the ground bees this time of years guys. I set my ladder up today, and didn't even notice them, but when I came back down they attacked. Got stung five times before I could get out of there.
Spray Wash just finished this monstrosity, the Claude Pepper Building. Its located on a whole city block, so its a big one. Technically its 13 stories from lower parking deck to penthouse equipment area. Project too 20 days to clean, and during that time, we never cranked up a pressure washer! Everyt...

I hadn't greased the bearings in quite s...

My hammerhead/general surface cleaner crapped out on me after 3-4 months. The swivels are famous for this. Call Bill at power wash store. For $330 he has a kit that turns your hammerhead/general into a $900 Mossmatic!

But now we have a new concentrated drum kit that will lower shipping as well as a recent ingredient cost reducti...
Just a heads up on partial roof cleanings. I had a request to clean one half of a algae infest roof (north side). Customer said the other half was fine in his opinion and it wasn't that dirty. I informed him that the price would not be to far off from a complete Soft Wash shingle cleaning because of material...
