We landed another monthly window cleaning account with this customer. He has been very satisfied with our work and wants to sign another year. Guys window cleaning can be very profitable and please don't hesitate to add that service on.
Paradise Pressure Washing was called out today to clean these windows located on the 17 and 18 floor penthouse suite. We also cleaned an 800 sqft lanai as wel.
Is anyone using exterior window cleaning (RODI) as an add on service? I have been thinking of adding and just wanted to know any responses from experienced cleaners up-selling exterior window cleaning. The good, or the bad?
Aloha guys, just sharing this beautiful background while I'm 3 story's up cleaning windows. My guys had the water fed pole on another job. -- Edited by Chris Mozick on Tuesday 11th of July 2017 11:49:40 PM
Aloha everyon, window cleaning has been booming for us and has become a very lucrative busines. For all you Guy's starting I suggest jump into it. This year we have landed alone probably 50 monthly accounts not to mention the ones we already have. There is very low overhead and I actually find it relaxi...
Aloha and hope you can see how these five shower enclosures we did today Turned out. We removed 4 years of hard water and calcium build up on these showers. This process was done all by hand in 2&1/2 hours. The homeowner was so pleased to see that he didn't have to replace the glass.
I've used many pouches and holsters over my window cleaning career and by far the best ones were the ones that kept me from the dreaded dripping squeegee on the inside of a home. This one has so far been my favorite. If you do any interior work at all give it a try. I think you'll like it. Here's where I got min...
Aloha guys, window cleaning can become very lucrative if you set people up on biweekly or monthly accounts. Look for high end estates or businesses. Water fed poles and squeegees can become your best friend. It's low over head with huge profit potential.
Million dollar home and the guy hire us for the roof cleaning. Then asks if we can get the spots off his windows. He first told me he had a friend with a pressure washer come clean his house. He wasn't sure what the guy used but it left spots on the windows. He later fesses up and said it was jomax and clorox and...
We have been asked 3 or 4 times in the past couple of weeks if we do store front windows, I hated to say that we didn't... So I am starting to research the tools and toys that a company will need to have to efficiently and effectively clean store front/strp mall windows. Many have reflective or protective...

Aloha guys here is a little video of a few window washing accounts we have and some solar panel cleaning. We use a di system with a Waterfed pole. Hope you enjoy. http://youtu.be/ROPYCQOcb8E
A little pure water 101 for those thinking about getting into water fed pole window cleaning. There are two basic ways to purify your water. Deionized resin or multi stage filtration. Each has pros and cons. With few exceptions deionized resin systems (DI) are practical with source water readings o...
does anyone know where I can get a flo control system for a 3/4 cubic foot Di tank? It regulates the flow of water where I can slow down to 1/2 gal per minute to conserve my tanks.
Aloha Guys wondering who has a recommendation for a low foot print truck mount or portable RO/DI unit. We have been strictly DI and are looking to upgrade as our solar panel cleaning services are taking off. Also is it better to pull from a tank with a float.
In the Midwest it's one of the most important choices you can make - how do I keep the solution from freezing on the glass? We did a video showing the method we have found most efficient after years of trial and error.
This looks kind of interesting. Anything that helps preserve your body for how active we are can be a good thing. I'm interested in this as my body is 'wearing' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEBoGcEBh4U
Here are some pics from our first ever WFP job. We also removed the rust stains from the windows. Big thanks to Steve Blyth at Jracenstein for his advice on removing the stains.
I know not all here are completely wet behind the ears when it comes to some of the more difficult window cleaning tasks. Quite a few "how to" videos show the demonstrator oversimplifying the process or encouraging time-wasting measures. It's not always a matter of simply wetting the gl...
Staying dry is just as important as dressing warm. When cleaning windows in cold wet weather, wearing gloves and a sacrificial outer layer will do much to keep you comfortable. That will keep your core from getting wet. I've found that putting on a few thin layers and 1 thick layer when it gets really co...

Some may have heard Ron and I promoting a new forum (not a FB group) for the last year. Some have wondered whether it will ever open. We didn't want to do it without making sure it would be everything it should be from the start and we are now getting the staff set up and in a little over a month we should be read...
