I think we should accept certifications from other forums. Have honorable certifications? Or should we decide certification on a individual case? Should we be doing certification or farming that work out? It's a long way off but we can get some ideas, what do you think?

I like the idea of excepting other forum Certification. Why make the guys pay twice. If you get Certifide once, That works for Me!

I agree with Art, but new guys it should be done based on each individual.

I don't care about certification to be honest. There are plenty of guys from RCIA that know what they are doing and have no certification. RCIA certification is all about money and I think that's what killed rcia. Let vendors on and others who are selling stuff we may need. If they make money who cares if you don't like it don't buy it. But this place could be a nice "hub" for info....no banning or point system nonsense. Men come on, get what they like and disregard the rest...

The RCIA changed there Cert Requirements. I wonder how this is going to work. There were a lot of guys who were certified that lost it because they didn't pay there yearly fee. Are they certified again or do they have to pay all over again. Seems every year things change over there.
Here is the new RCIA Certification Process
Anyone that would like to become certified by the RCIA Must first become a PREMIUM Member. (Membership is $129.00 per year)
Any member that would like to become certified must have a minimum of 100 valid posts on the RCIA forum
You must then contact Garyw, and Pay $200. This is the Certification FEE (One time only)
There is one part to the Certification Test. That is a verbal or in person test with Chris Tucker. (approx.1 hour)
If you fail the Verbal test you will have to wait 1 week before you can retake the test. There is a $25.00 re-test fee payable to the instructor.
If you pass the verbal test you will then be added to the Elite RCIA Certified List.
Becoming Certified thru RCIA is one of the biggest advantages you can provide for your business. It sets you above your competition in many ways.

Certification might prove to be the stick in the spokes. I think it's getting way ahead of ourselves to introduce any type of certification process. Most of us just need a place to hang out and exchange ideas.

Gary from the RCIA Banned my IP today. The man is nuts. He is here every day reading. Today he spent 15 minutes reading all the good posts. I think he realy likes our new forum.
I remember when the RCIA had cedability, really I do. It was not long ago four or five years? Again great, smart and experianced men on there. Note the word I used...MEN! We all know the guys by name, guys who are now no where to be found thanks to your friend Gary. You reched your post after learning from these "Happy go lucky " guys, talked to Chris and you felt you really made it. Then one man ruined it and sunk Chris as well. There is a saying "it's a small world "and I had the pleasure of talking to a fellow down Gary's way who knows gary, lets just say Gary is no stranger to being "disliked ". Let that fool Gary look all he wants Art, the RCIA is now a joke. Who will these people learn from"Gary? LOL! What will he teach them defensive driving? LOL! How to push "0 "for the operator? Only an idiot would send those knuckle heads money, and only an idiot would feel secure in any advice from Gary. Art he was always in a position where people "had "to listen to him, like the telephone co. and RCIA because knuckle head Chris signed a deal with the Devil. There is no Gary babysitting here, there is no Gary here, there are men here, who come to "hang out and exchange ideas" !

The word listed above (reached) is probably the correct spelling for the word that you entered (reched). This is just an educated guess based on commonly misspelled words. Nah, I just posted it because I didn't want anybody to doubt I had one. I don't need one. Doesn't help me sell anything and if this forum or any other asked me to pay to be certified I wouldn't do it.
Art I posted it because at first you assumed I wasn't certified. Maybe it's because I left RCIA for a couple of years. When I came back you were there going strong. Thought you might have thought I was a newbie.

He banned my IP and deleted all my posts and backlinks about a week after he found out I was part of getting this forum going. Trust me, it was a blessing in disguise!!!
The RCIA has become a joke over the past few years and a vehicle to put members hard earned money in their own pockets. Why would someone pay over a $100 bucks a year to participate drama when I can watch Jerry Springer for free?
