I think Roof Cleaning season is over here in NH. The temps are really cold now and the phone has stopped ringing. Actually the phone hardly rang this year and was a slow year. Time to get the snow plow out and get ready to push the white stuff

Sorry, Ed, but I've already got world domination penciled in for 2014. Would you mind talking 2015? I'd loose my deposit if I had to reschedule the caterers at this point!

We start up in the beginning of March here, west of Philly. I had to cut the roof cleaning season short this year to fit in some window and siding installation jobs before the holidays.

Hey Ray, did you see the low for Thursday morning here in Tally? Low of 31!!! I think Ed might be sending it down here to slow down your plans for 2014.

I started last week March and did 2 roofs last week. I was hoping to go until the end of November. And Ed just leave NH out of your world domination plans I can't take another year like this year. And besides that you would hate the winters up hear.

Ray, how can freaking NY be warmer than Florida???? Thursdays gonna suck...but tomorrow is going to suck more....20 MPH winds and I've got 2 roofs to do ( and a couple more exteriors). One is a three story, so I'm guessing the neighbors are going to get free washes too!

We are done in two weeks. After Thanksgiving we just do gutter cleanings. We will only do roof and house washing if the job is 1000.00 or more because it takes to much time to winterize equipment and dewinterize.

21 degrees this morning. went from 3 - 4 jobs per day down to 1 because of the cold mornings and frost on the roofs. Not able to start cleaning roofs till afternoon. Hoping to get at least 10 more jobs in before we shut it down for the year. Our season usually starts mid April here in Michigan.

Sorry to have been a stranger for the past month or so. It has been so busy around here and as usual, finding a competent helper for my lead guy has been a daunting task. I ended up working with Randy for most of the season. He just celebrated his one year anniversary with Blue Ridge Roof Cleaning.
One of my commercial customers found that my past life involved remodeling and begged me to take on some projects, all T & M! We are now working on installing tile floors throughout his new restaurant as well as the walls in the bathrooms. We are starting week three and trying to keep up with roofs, house washes, gutter filters... etc. Last year we went up to Christmas. Maybe we can get that far this year. Then I will be ready for two months of R&R! As much as I like having the work... I do not like installing tile at my age. Thanks to Randy for making it a bit easier.
On top of a busy year I got married, so this has been quite a year for me and Blue Ridge Roof Cleaning.
It really has been a fast year! 1 1/2 months to go.
