Yes agreed, this season has jump started Way faster than last year. Been working for the last week and a half and April is filling up quick. Lots of new stuff, but a tremendous amount of last years quotes calling for scheduling. Especially on the commercial end.
I hope everyone has a phenomenal season!!

The same thing here... starting with leftover from the fall. This is a great way to start the season:
"Thanks so much -- the house looks amazing! The improvement the cleaning made to all of the white gutters, soffits, and trim actually exceeded our expectations. We also appreciate you cleaning the windows and concrete slab. Whether we sell or end up staying in our house, we are so excited to have it look so good. We will be sure to use and recommend your services in the future!"
Setting up the home show today for a grueling weekend. We should add the the list!

Although we have been working on a 60 unit townhouse(ten bldg.) gutter clean out mother nature reared her ugly head again and gave us 1" of snow today. Less than 15 miles away in Mount Pocono the accumulation was 4". At least I got my late afternoon nap in.

Rain here on LI for most of the week. The only good thing about it, is it's going to make them roofs dirtier.

getting jobs done in the cold. Have a warm day, (54) and then it's back in the 40's the next day. Getting 1 maybe 2 jobs a day done. But, boy is it cold working with water. Will be nice when it warms up and we can start in the morning. Just finished a roof and house wash and it's 43 degrees out right now.
