I'm trying to get some kind of head count. I am calling hotels today to see what rate I can get at a place that has an indoor pool. At this point I am asking for eight rooms. Some will be two nights, some will be one.

Please fill out the poll so we can get a head count.

Date: 1/14/17 all day. Start some time in the morning. Hank and I are bringing our trucks. Hank and I will be staying Friday and Saturday nights. Start time on 1/14 9:00 am would be a good time so no one is hurried in the morning.

I am in. I might only come for the day but will try to come for 2 if. It is a couple of hour ride for me depending on what part of Lancaster you pick, so a day trip is definite.

Nah....it's called a flooded and gutted house that needs to be fixed and constant battles with the insurance company....Allstate sucks, btw!

It's getting a bit tough. I'm going to hold off a few more days before I try to get a break on rooms. At this point it would only be four rooms, if Barry Landis shows up.

I don't care how small this is. I just want to be able to get a good number before the end of the week. Some have commited by email, phone call and PM but haven't finalized it by coming to this post.

No he has a surprise party he has to attend on the 15th for his father in law. I told him to send Art in his place but Pat's wife wouldn't go for it.

Since we really have no clue as to how many will be staying one or two nights, I will locate a hotel that has what we need with fair rates, simply ask if they can give anyone who attends their "best" rate and go from there. We may not have any more than four rooms.
