Full disclosure - we install roof anchors on every roof we clean. 30% are temporary and 70% of them are permanent retrofit anchors and we charge $60 per anchor for the install.
Brandon, that's brilliant. I never thought of charging to install an anchor. Do you mind sharing which anchors you install?
We rarely ever walk a roof but we could do so many more if we did.

Good stuff Brandon. Hopefully we get to go back to those same houses ourselves and our anchors will be there.
Doug, these are the permanent ones Brandon showed us at the National Convention, but he's got some temp ones he uses too. superanchor.com/retroFit.php

I've installed a couple recently but have been using the permanent ones from Home Depot. Easy to get locally and are about $20. (www.homedepot.com/p/Qualcraft-Ridge-Roof-Anchor-00510/202092106)
