Here's my problem. We need at least four rooms that I know of because I really do not have a good head count. We need an indoor pool which I feel is important for Hank's daughter. We really need a small meeting room and a restaurant on site would be nice but not a big deal. There is a volleyball competition that weekend. Some places have rooms & no meeting room. Some have the meeting room and no rooms. Also, I don't think many here want to spend 150.00 - 175.00 per night for a room to sleep in. I'm trying to see what I can work out and will spend more time this morning.

I will have to do this tomorrow since sales people are out today!

I need to figure out a way to get a good head count. As far as over night I have Hank, Steve and me. Any others? It will really help when I block the rooms.
