This rig will probably go up for sale at some point. I think these days I enjoy building them more than running them, well maybe not... My back at 44 sure isn't what it used to be even after nerve deadening procedures. I will send more pics soon as I put her back together. Funny, I started this 22yrs ago with a pressure washer in the trunk Of a 4dr Chevy Spectrum And a ladder on a towel bungeed to roof...

Doug, I would love to spend my days building rigs. I'm either washing or at FD chasing a retirement. I have many ideas for our industry, but just not enough time. I'm currently working on several different things including new dials for the Proportioner that read percentages for 10.5% SH and 12.5% instead of degrees of angle. I have had a bunch of requests for that lately and they should be ready soon. The addition of the new larger numbers stating 1%, 2%... should make the Proportioner even easier to use. The soap dial will have its own dial going to 50 degrees in smaller increments and the water will also have its own dial as well showing the higher percentages from 6-10.5% (10.5) and 7-12.5% (12.5).

The NPR is ready to use Softwashing. I still have a bunch to do on it before it's finished. I will get the PW and Generator on in the next few days. The second booster (1.5hp) should be here any day now. The box on the back has been great for storing all of the hand tools and things while building, but it's probably coming off and being replaced by a cooler. The finished rack will hold 4 reels and will be constructed with 2x2x1/4" square tubes not 4x4x1/8". I'm really digging everything being raised for flushing and the drain holes.

Shiny Shiny Shiiiinnnnyyy!
very cool It is pretty clear you have been around for a while and have dialed in the ultimate layouts.
I see some mods we can use when we build our new layout on our not so shiny truck now. I have accepted the fact not shiny means makin money... I look forward to seeing this one in action soon.

A decent pic from a job we did last week. That's the high pressure side. The low pressure side has a dual pump setup with proportioner.

Anita & Joe, It does not need to be pretty to start. Have faith in yourselves, listen to those who know and do the best you can for every client.....the rest will come if you just allow it.

I prefer looping hose to hose reels but thats just me, Chris from Apple (RCIA) I believe is in the same boat.
I just find it faster and easier especially dealing with morons.
Short segments of 50-100 ft with Banjo fittings is awesome.
Eric, love the signage, easy to read name and what you do and colors. "Liberty", "Softwash" Even speeding by cars can get a quick glance and if they don't know what softwashing is it may make them curious.
I love box trucks for so many reasons not least it's a rolling bilboard!
Would be great if you could get a number like
1 (888) LIBERTY (LIB-ERTY)

The problem we found with alphanumeric number, some of the new phones no longer have the letters above the numbers, so it made finding our number difficult.
We went back and removed the words and put the number on the truck
