This home's exterior was covered in mold and mildew. It was all cleaned with soft washing. It is amazing to see the contaminants melt right off the siding. Then, with a final rinse with our booster pump, the siding is left completely free of all the mold and mildew. I don't know if washing siding with soft wash methods is faster than a pressure washer, but I do like the results of soft washing, and many of the owners I deal with like the idea of not having a pressure washer used on there house.
