Doug, the best description that fits is that Google+ is Google's new baby. It's an ugly baby, but it's theirs and they love it. Share all of your blogs, video, or whatever to Google+ and you'll be rewarded by the parents of an ugly baby. Whatever pic you use for your Google+ profile will show up alongside the results. That little pic gives you a great advantage. Its more visually stunning and more likely to get chosen in a sea of results. If you have a blog that has share buttons, use them. Go to your Google+ profile and make sure your profile pic is something yuo want the user to see.

If you dont have share buttons you can simply paste them into a Google+ post.

Google Plus is really cranking these days. I'm seeing a lot of my blogs on page one.

I'm hearing from multiple sources that Google+ is a must for SEO juice. As usual I'm a bit behind the cutting edge of SEO and sill working on my G+. It's my goal to have it complete this week.

Google+ has become a very key peice in the SEO world. Join groups in google+ and get involoved in discussions along with posting your own info where ever you can.

I'm using it and we have a Google+ community for Window Cleaning Institute. I think the more places you have to post links the better it is for your rankings.
