Have any of you guys been getting calls to finance your Business . My phone is ringing off the hook every day for the last 2 weeks. I think someone sold a mailing list or something. Just wondering if its from one of the forums.

It's a no brainer. Tucker and his "laundry man" Gary are behind the harassment. I have called Chris two times and asked him to return my call about this issue but clearly, he does not want to handle this in a muture manner so I gave up.
My phone was almost unusable due to the amount of spam calls and e-mails that filled my in box not long after Chris and Gary's IP adresses showed up many, many times a day on this forum. Since I installed the "Call Black List" app on my phone, it has slowed down quite a bit. Also, if you have Outlook, the "Block Sender" option has actually been working. Here's a good story of how to find out who is doing it and how to take legal action.

Signing People Up For Spam Is Harassment
(from the watch-what-you-do... dept.)
Bombarding someone you dislike with spam is clearly illegal -- but what if you just sign them up for a bunch of spam lists? Apparently, that's illegal too. In a first of its kind, a judge found a man guilty of harassment for signing his boss up for various spam email newsletters.

Art- We get calls all day long from solicitors. It mostly comes from having a website. I also noticed in your other thread that your submitting the forum to all different search engines using "free web submission" It could of come from there.
We constantly have people pretending their from google call and tell us that we need to verify our listing or well be dropped from the search engine. All they are is another company promising to improve your rankings.

The phone calls started before I submitted the site and I didn't put the correct phone number in so I don't think thats it. Somebody sold a list with our names on it.
