A couple of weeks ago we did a roof cleaning for a local B & B in Stroudsburg. The customer liked the results and us so much he inquired if we would provide a quote to install customer supplied holiday lighting. Although these photos are less than desirable and this was our first attempt the customer was extremely happy with the results. It looks as if we will be adding this to our service list for the balance of 2013 and beyond.
Good Job Hank, What ever it takes to keep the money rolling in. If you need help, Charlie is broke and needs a job

Ray,
For the record I love Pat like he's my brother that I don't get along with. All kidding aside he's a great guy.

Hank I was just thinking it would suck if it was the wrong house. I almost washed the roof of the wrong house this year...triple check the house number. You are never poor with a credit card in your pocket!

Pat,
It's funny you mention that as Monroe County(PA) changed street names and numbers over a year ago and really screwed things up for a lot of folks. Google Earth has not caught up with it and many homeowners have not changed the numbers on their houses. You never know so I always ask for as much info as possible while I have them on the phone.

Thanks Zach.
Ray,
Back home and back to the original subject. I hope to start our email newsletter to all former and present customers during the winter months and then continue it through 2014. The newsletter will include various subjects not related to our indusrty as well as some subtle advertising such as our ability to supply and install holiday lighting. My website will be updated during 2014 to include this service. Presently there is only one other company doing it in my area and I think we can do well offering this service.

Any more calls Hank? How about contacting previous customers via email with a short and sweet reminder that you offer Christmas light installation and removal? I have a buddy in Palm Beach County that has been doing this for years and he keeps a 5 man crew busy for two months. He has repeat customers from North Palm Beach to Miami. He's a tree trimmer and has a few bucket trucks but a lift rental will do the trick!

Ray,
I've been so busy finishing up our roof and exterior cleaning obligations that I have not had the time to advertise. This along with my daughter's recent interest in boys has me running around like a nut, with a shotgun in the truck.

No joke. I'm sitting outside Starbucks watching her on her first date as we speak. All of a sudden I'm feeling old(er) and there is a teardrop(s) in my eyes. She's a mirror image of my late wife.

Zach,
It's a no brainer for you. This old fart has trouble figuring out how to use his smart phone.
