Next time you go to the dentist, ask if you can have a used pick they use to clean teeth with. They work great, and if you get one that has a pick on one end only, that is better. When you use a pick like in the video to put the oring back in with, you run a chance of piercing the oring. Better to put the new oring in with a blunt end.

I use a dental pick for removal...old radio antenna for putting in. Works great
