So I guess this is it! I have one roof left to do but won't get it in this week, today shot, rest of the week to cold. I will try to do the last roof next week { $650 } after that its lost till next year. I was looking forward to the end, seems to have come abruptly.....let the painting begin....rt after the dog bath today!

Funny, yesterday was dreary and rainy, phone didn't ring at all. Tonya and I discussed the very real possibility of not getting any new bookings prior to Turkey day ( which is ok, we're booked with a minimum of two jobs a day through next Tuesday). This morning it was a different story... Phone rang all day. 8 new estimate requests, couple of large bookings...crazy what a difference weather makes. Looks like second crew will be busy too!
We've got a massive project scheduled for December, should likely close out 2013 with a $30k month!

The phone slowed down last week, but this week has been back to crazy. Did 6 estimates on Monday and 7 yesterday, with 3 booked for today. We are still booked out a week, but the weather will be our deciding factor. We have a large apartment complex to still do this year, 26 roofs, if we can fit it in, so that is our fill in nice weather days. Hopefully the wether holds up, but if not that's okay we have a dozen holiday light installs as well.

Unless we get a warm front moving in this should be our last week on roofs and siding. We have two more roofs and a house wash to complete before Saturday. Gutter cleanouts and gutter filter install calls are still coming in.

It seems like just before Thanksgiving, there is a final push with customers to get their roofs / house exteriors Soft Washed and driveways pressure cleaned and looking good before family arrive for the holidays. After that, it slows down quite a bit for us.
