Will be flying solo tomorrow and trying some of that fresh and clear for the first time.

It's snowing up here as we speak and I'm still getting calls for roof cleaning. We have these two to complete, which both include roof cleaning, house wash and gutter cleanouts. Weather permitting we will work Sunday and Monday on these. Thereafter, it should only be gutter cleanouts.

At what? Cleaning Roofs? That's sick man, lol!

Yes Ed, I was surprised they showed up that day!
Any colder and I won't let them work, its just unsafe and miserable working conditions.

We worked yesterday. 30 degrees and sunny. We did a 12, 000 sf roof cleaning and we are working today also. It is amazing the phone is still ringing. I am out on three estimates right now for people who want cleanings done before holiday parties.

Got this one done finally. We were scheduled to do this roof cleaning in Massapequa last week. Upon arrival I noticed the condition of the shingles was much worse than it looked from the street. The shingles on the front really need to be replaced. After a few failed attempts at calling the HO I decided it would be better to hold off the cleaning untill I talked to them even though I was already set up, I felt it was the right thing to do.
It wound up the client new about the roof condition but would like to get a few more years out of it and wanted it cleaned anyway.
So I did it today. It was 40 degrees at best, zero sun, I was by myself today and there was tons of beautiful landscaping. It started sleeting as I was cleaning up!
The weather here has been terrible. When its sunny its windy and cold, if its raining theres no wind and sun.
After this storm tonight and tommorrow I will drive by for the after pics and make sure the job came out great.
Send Pat(Charlie) up this way if he thinks it's cold down there. That will motivate him.

The phone still is ringing. We have 5 roofs so far for next week and 2 today. I really thought I was done for the year. Can't wait for nova next Saturday. It will be good to see everyone again. We are also going to softwashapalooza in Jan.
