I have had three calls pertaining to this. One was even a slate roof. She ended up searching for a new company instead of having it cleaned. We did a roof on Friday that was due to an insurance letter. They gave me a copy of the letter. I might actually start to like insurance companies!

I washed a house this week because the homeowner put a claim in for something and they sent an inspector out to the home. They made her get the house washed because of the mold and dirt.

I work with a number of Insurance companies in my area that use Roof Cleaner as the preferred exterior surface cleaning company not only because of the roof issues but for siding that is covered in mold. mildew and even moss. This season has just started and we already have quite a few roof cleanings scheduled because of Insurance issues. The time I spent this past winter making contacts with insurance adjusters is paying off very well already.

Mobile tagging aka internet barcoding whatever its called:
can this be done to link a youtuber vid so as to put on your rig/truck?
would be cool if someone can drive up at a stop light snap a pic of the barcode and see the video.
whadda you think?

If your going to use a QR code I would use it in addition to regular lettering not by itself. Qr codes never really took off.
Maybe on the lower corner of each side of truck place the code and write "to see our video"

not a big deal, I know QR codes (forgot what they were even called since they never took off!) but that video is a great selling point!
Better have one (QR) for your site and have that embedded on your webpage I guess.

I have that same video on my site. I did one insurance claim so far. I have a quote out for another one and will hopefully clinch the deal soon. The insurance company will reimburse the HO $15 per square.

Not just on our sites but facebook, google+ and linkedin as well. It's certainly made the rounds.
