I used Yahoo's site builder software many years ago over the winter months to build mine. Nothing fancy and I may switch over to a wordpress site. They aren't bad since most of the widgets are fairly straight forward from what I've been told.

I thought that I would never be able to handle it but it is not that bad to add and change content.

It's easy enough that an idiot like me can do it!

I do Yahoo like Tony. I've had my site for years, but its out dated. It's not set up for moble phones and I need to fix that. I'm thinking of switching to Word Press this winter. I like the idea of building my own stuff.

I have a Wordpress site and do most of my own stuff. I hired a wonderful person by the name of Laura Heuer of Greencastle web design to handle all my websites which are all Word Press. I also joined her Membership site that I pay $99.00 per month for. She has a ton of videos and webinars on there that I can frequently go back and listen to as well as a phone in day every Wednesday that I can call her and talk about any issues or questions I have. I have found it to be well worth the $99.00 I pay per month.
