I have never pursued new construction brick cleaning. Could be missing an opportunity. Does anyone clean bricks ?

I don't do any new construction clean up around here. They pay dirt cheap.

I have a coulple of high end builders who pay me to clean every house they sell. That being said, I have never cleaned brickwork for them. I've found it's something the mason usually includes in their package.

Ive got a competitor that will clean new brick for home builders. His minimum house wash is $340 so I know he is not doing it for a cheap price

Yes at .40 a sq. it can be very lucrative. It requires a large knowledge base in bricks, mortars and acids. The wrong acid on the wrong mortar can ruin a building. This work is done to remove the excess mortar from pointing.

Like Ray said, many times the Mason's do it themselves.
