Holy crap I gotta find somthing to do! This sitting around really sucks! I am trying to think what I am going to do this week, besides hooking up with Art for lunch all I can think of is going back to bed!

Down time is a great time to write blogs that can be scheduled to be posted all spring and summer while you are busy. By the time our season starts up I have 6 months of blogs scheduled.

Work, work and more work. Today we did a huge house wash in Lake Hopatcong, NJ and then hit the surrounding neighborhoods with rock flyers. Tomorrow I'm doing estimates as the phone was ringing up a storm today. January and the phone is ringing, which is not a bad thing. Will continue working on SEO, videos and sales. I need to buy another bass boat and there is only one way to do that. More work.

We are staying kinda busy with gutter cleanings. Not alot of money but some. On days when its not frozen outside. Alot of these gutter cleanings I upsold wash jobs.

I'm just chilling. We do the jobs that are emergencies, like house for sale or insurance roof cleanings. Other than that I'm just stacking the March schedule. I'm taking a big breathe before diving into 2014. We have very high hopes for 2014. We rented an additional office near the shop to be used strictly for sales. I must come correct once the season starts.
I was off the wand all of 2013 except for once last February. I'm convinced that's the only way to make big boy money.

I totally agree Ed! I was off the truck for most of the spring summer and fall, last year. Everyone made more money! I'm temporarily back on the truck till the temps get better. And we get busier.
