Working on a new flier. Wanted it to be edgy and eye popping, highlighting our COMMERCIAL services. Kind of an attention pique piece rather than a true sales flier.
It is super creative, I would just be afraid of some people not even reading it in the case that they may see the picture and automatically assume it is for maid services of some kind.

Honestly Zach, if enough commercial customers expressed interest in it, I would consider doing janitorial work! I'm almost glad it gives that inference.

Ray,
Like my brothers before me I like it. It's also extremely creative. My only concern is a property/facilities manager might see the bottle and quickly associate it with a household cleaner without reading the finer print. Perhaps minimizing the bottle a bit and increasing the font size would eliminate the aforementioned possibility. If your opening statement and logo were centered it might help distinguish you from a broadcast ad from a household cleaner.
Now having said this I don't see myself wih anything that nice.

I have to agree with Hank, as soon as I saw the bottle I thought it was about a new cleaner for my house and as a guy i would have not read any further. Now maybe if it was that and a photo of your truck or somthing?

The only problem with it is that spray wash stuff bottom right. It should read GutterDogs.

Its creative. my first thought was that it may not be the best approach for commercial clients.
The "free time" would probably not get the attention of an rme or facilities manager.

I like the "Free Time" theme. I know where Ray is going with this. This is the type of message he needs to get to his clients. This flyer wouldn't work for most of us. This flyer is just one of many tricks Ray has in pushing his no hassle commercial soft-wash service. Ray is just playing with you guys. He's a pro at this.

Wow I thought ray wanted our honest opinion. Ed Glad that you didn't fall for rays mind control.
