I like # 2. Please center the word "cleaner" and I'll be able to sleep tonight. Only teasing. BTW...what program are you using for this?

I also like the second one Ray. Good thinking outside the box.
This is a tri-fold I have used for some time to residential which has given us great return. For each different area we change the before & after picture for that area. All educational.
Im not sure if there's a 3 second rule, but I use it. When I looked at the first one my eyes were stuck to the bottle. Within the first 3 seconds I couldnt figure out what your offering. My eyes were stuck on that gigantic beautiful blue bottle.
That's why before and afters are so powerful. Media with actual results stirs emotion. People are getting a service, but they're usually buying a feeling. How is this new clean property going to make them feel?
This is my opinion. not saying I get it right all the time. This flyer is a great one of many ideas Ray comes up with.

Thanks for the comments guys. I think the pictures really made it come together. Your critique helped me put together a piece very happy with! I wanted to choose photos that show we are uniformed, professional looking, and can handle big jobs!
I think I'm going to do a whole ad campaign around that bluebottle!

Ray the second one. I honestly thought the first one was a product you were selling to the customers. Like I said, first quick look...
2nd one I knew immediately you were a service company that would solve my problems
Reworked the flier a bit to put some more emphasis on our core services. Here is a side by side comparison of the two...
Which one do you like better?
