January Roof Cleaning? Sounds impossible? Even though we are in Florida it get's pretty darn cold here in the Panhandle of northern Florida, also classified as Southern Georgia. We can still knock out a few jobs and here is a testimonial after we did a roof and house exterior Soft Wash after waiting until thermometer was about 45 degrees.
The best part of this is ... he was recommended to me by a friend of his who we did a previous for and my new friend (in this vid) owns a bunch of college properties. Networking!

Follow up on this testimonial .. without even knowing, this homeowner is a home flipper and gave us great feedback to a few realtors and in return, rolled a few agents in his network to contact us!

Give a competive price, show up at the time you tell them you will be there (or 15 minutes earlier), do the job that you described in your quote, do a little bit extra at no additional cost,

Great Advice! I'm anal about being prompt and true to my word. It causes stress because if I say 8:am it's 8:am. I have found it much less stressful to give a 30 minute or one hour window.
For many people they are lucky if the contractor shows up on the day he promised.
