There are many videos out there but there are a few that I've found most valuable when it comes to getting the right education in window cleaning. 

I've listed the channels that will give you the best video education so you can avoid getting incomplete or even bad information

http://www.youtube.com/user/DangerousDange2u/videos Dave knows his stuff and has some great videos on ladder safety and placement

http://www.youtube.com/user/JRacensteinCo/videos again some product videos but tons of educational videos from what I consider to be the best supply house in the business. 

http://www.youtube.com/user/sorboproducts/videos Before YouTube I watched this guy's videos on a VCR tape. He's got a ton of useful tips as far as technique

These videos can't replace practice and experience but they will definitely help shorten the learning curve.
