From what I can learn about pricing is .50-.55 sf. average. I would like to be able to offer this service to new home construction or single building office type structures.
I never see where anyone offers this service. I have never cleaned new brick.
Would like some feed back and Art said post something

Their should be no need for a new structure to be cleaned. The mason is usually responsible for an acid wash of new installs. usually consisting of muriatic acid

Acid yes. it temporarily weakens the mortar. No turbo nozzle needed. I have a couple of vids....
