We have our new entity up and running and named it Spray Wash Hood Cleaning. For reasons I don't really understand, our CPA told us we should hold this as a separate entity, rather than just making it part of Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning....So I am happy to introduce you to my new baby!
Our web-site is up and running, if you'd like you can visit it here: http://www.SprayWashHoodCleaning.com.
I'm sure the link is dead, but "Safari" won't let me insert links in posts, so if someone would like to correct that for me...please go right ahead.

Pat,
Every 3-6 months, depending on the volume of the restaurant. The average hood takes up 2.5 hours, and we get $275-$450. Its not huge $$$ but its recurring and it also opens the door for me to more dumpster, patio, sidewalk, and window cleaning from restaurants.
I like the fact that its "schedulable" meaning I know what I'll have for that division each and every month.
I'm running out of big stuff to clean in Tallahassee!

It's honestly not that hard to do. The devil is in the details and all the prep work. If you do that right you can fly through a job.
