A couple of weeks ago I teased the forum with this post: http://www.nationalsoftwashalliance.com/t56926097/nighttime-washing/ It was regarding a large commercial job at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in a very difficult area. First off its a four story building constructed on top of another four story building. Which means at the peak, you are working over 8 stories in the air and dealing with a lot of wind. Most importantly, its one of the busiest areas in the whole city. The Women's Pavilion at TMH is the regions pre-eminent birthing center. This means there are constantly women in labor coming in, families visiting and nervous fathers walking around outside, chain smoking. The fourth floor ( technically their ground floor and the starting point of our operation) is also the main entrance to the area's business emergency room.
All of these factors blend together for this inevitable conclusion: THERE IS NO GOOD TIME TO WORK HERE!!!!
We adjusted our schedule and came up with a novel solution, we washed this project mainly at night!
Here are photos from this unique project. As there is a lot of synthetic stucco, all surfaces were soft washed, no pressure washer was used.
Project took about 20 hours to complete.

Amazing results. Photos 7 and 10 of the parapet wall clearly shows the professional results a customer can obtain by engaging your organization to do work.
