OK guys. This is the last of my marketing questions for awhile (I think).
Who is using YouTube for your business? Who is having success? How are you using it?
Again, this is for an article I'm working on for the new eClean, due out next week.
Also, we now can embed video directly into the magazine, so if you have a YouTube video that you're proud of, or that is working really well for you, let me know. I may include it in the magazine.
You can respond here, or email me at allison214@live.com.
As always, THANK YOU!

one of my new years resolutions (besides opening a hood cleaning division) was to be more proactive with videos. I do see that the youtube videos feature very highly on the google rankings, so I'm sure they help my site maintain a #1-3 ranking.
I am also able to send my PMs and FMs a link to the youtube video to show them the before and afters of their project. I've been told this really impresses them.
Can I say I've absolutely gotten a job frm just a youtube video? No, but I think its just another piece in the overall marketing puzzle.
Here are a couple of the videos we've done this year:

Presently we have 20 videos on you tube, which cover two states, various counties and towns that we service. These videos along with blogs, facebook, google+, post cards and signage all contribute to the growth of our organization.

I have 1 YouTube video...it doesn't have music, wasn't made with a great camera and their isn't anyone narrating. All you can hear is the PW running.
It wouldn't win any awards in "best made video" contest and certainly isn't pretty enough for a magazine....but it wins for all the things that count...making money.
"Soft Wash Vinyl Siding", it's 1st worldwide on Google.
"Vinyl Siding Cleaning", it's 4th worldwide on Google.
"Cleaning Vinyl Siding", it's 5th worldwide on Google.
I made it to have a video to show concerned homeowners the delicate nature of soft-washing and the results. Many choose to use Vid's as a slide show. I wanted the viewer to see the transformation before their eyes. I get hundreds of calls a year from homeowners from this video, most complimenting me for showing the process in "real time". Their comfort level is sky high and regardless of backlog, many are willing to wait. It achieved it's purpose
It didn't take off till last year, where it got most of its 10k views...I expect it to double this year. I posted my video to show that while style is always a consideration in a vid (or website)....substance is still king.

We have over 300 videos I think? Close to 100, maybe more, video testimonials.
127 subscribers 35,714 views
Mike Krisle might be the best guy to talk to about youtube
540 uploads, so I guess I have that many vids? Some vids are of a vacation I took a couple of years ago.
