Too much work being on the truck. Doing everything else too. I'm making mistakes like crazy, missing calls, cause I dont hear my phone ring over the engine. Glad it is finally happening. I'll be out there 6-8 hours selling/upselling sat and sun. I'm going back to sellng the property vs. just selling them what they asked for. I'm doing each home owner a favor, doing this.
Found me a driver. We did 1000 every day last year. I'm gunning 1500 maybe 2k a day this year.
Realtors are recomending us this year. Dont know how that happened?
We did 1125 today in 5 hours, widshield time too. 1500 or 2000 in an 8 or 10 hour day? My roofs look brand new, same day. Except for the moss and chit.
4 coats on the roofs today. Waited for it to dry. Job today had 2 roofs. Alot of flatwork.
Us guys up north can get alot more money than we been charging!

This is the second week of six days. I hired one new guy who will eventually take my place. I'm taking my time with a burned out roofer. Perfect for the job and can run around the roof like a squirrel. So much on the books from the end of the season last year, now the phones ring every day. I never miss a call because I down loaded a ringer I can hear... it sounds like a phone from the 60's.
It's so good to hear everyone is starting off so well!

Been able to work this week. Doing a factory roof today. It is a contract for 4 times a year. They make food, and have a lot of grease on the roof they like to keep off. Now, if the weather will continue to improve we can get caught up.

We were working, but now Mother Nature has decided that it's still winter here in Michigan.
I have the week Booked and we have rain today. One to Three inches.

Art,
Overall it's been slow up here. Things should get going after Easter. Today it's raining and tonight the forecast calls for snow flurries. Typical Pocono weather for this time of year.
