The Roof Wizard was hired by the Propery management company to clean the exterior of this office building at 1001 S. grand Street, in Hammonton, NJ. They are currently looking to sell the property and it needed some attention. The building is just over 107,000/SF and about 18' tall. They have always used a pressure washing company to complete this task, which took anywhere from 3-5 days to complete. We were able to Softwash it in just under 10 hours yesterday. We cleaned all the CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) Walls, Stone Aggregate tilt up panels & did a full window & Skylight cleaning. Some of the challenges were the 20 MPH sustained wind with 45 MPH gusts, the tenants going in and out all day long, and the most challenging was only being able to utilize one hose bib for the whole building. The owner was very pleased and we will be doing another three buildings for them in the near future.
I'll also bet those results will last twice as long as the PW job!
