Funny story, looked at an estimate request with that particular last name, so automatically had a price adjustment (+20%), and as I was presenting estimate to him, he asked if there was any additional discounts he could have...told him to mention YP ad when he called to book for an additional 10% off.
When he called later that day to book and I heard secretary on phone with him , I felt like General Patton yelling "Rommel, you beautiful SOB...I READ YOUR BOOK!!!!!!!"
