I've heard several people saying they use different size tips for roof cleaning and the sizes have been all over the place. I'm using the four banger that comes with the double pump system from he PWS and I bought 0020, 1520, 3020, 5020 as suggested by an awesome soft washer.
So, what do you use and why...

I like 0030, 1530, 2530, 4030. Why? Because those seem to work the best, spray far enough and don't over use chems.

We have a fatboy pump and we use #30 and #40 tips
I am in the process of adding a bypass/bleeder valve line to our output side before the hose reel for two reasons:
1. We want to be able to bleed off excess air which gets trapped if we suck down our mix tank completely before shutting down and making another mix
2. We want to experiment with small tips #20s for housewashing and to be able to feather our mixes at the roof edge more effectively with bigger tips without causing the pump to kick and buck. I did have an accumulator tank, but for some reason this year it has not been cooperating in our system. We are running 5/8" line in and out over to the hose reel, maybe that is an issue?
I do not know if it will work, but we shall see.
Any input is always welcome
