Pocono Non-Pressure Roof & Exterior Cleaning was referred to this customer after we serviced the roof of a neighbor. This home located in Tafton, PA is a lake front property with beautiful views of Lake Wallenpaupack.
As can be seen by the attached photos many areas of this custom built home do not have gutters and various custom painted and stained woods. Our fully trained staff prepared the exterior substrates before our non-pressure roof cleaning was performed. In addition to the exterior surfaces providing challenges the roofs is some areas were well over 50'(fifty feet) above ground level. Our technicians took all safety precautions before starting any work.
All black algae was cleaned from these roof areas and our process eliminated all existing growth of moss and lichen.
