We have been using this product from Absolute Chemical to clean gutters and as a limited housewash when there are heavy accumulations of carbon based staining etc and the results have been amazing. We had a 3 story building to do on Memorial Day and I was the one at the top of the ladder, and I did not want to play around with getting the grime off, so we beefed up the mix and it did a really good job.
The best part of the day is not enjoying the F13 burn as I brush the gutters. Tony, my ground guy is vertically challenged so any two story gutters are all mine, so I do not miss the burn at all!
The other thing that is nice, is if you are only doing gutters and roof, the drips are not full of SH, so there is no worry of seepage with SH in it rusting the bottom edge of the facia under the gutters.
Mike is not kidding when he says it will take off tiger stripes. If we have any stubborn ones, we beef up the bucket mix and hit it, wait a few seconds and then brush rinse and go.

Just a quick clarification
We use F13 too, but the opportunity to remove the burn caused me to take a shot on Absolute.
I will be very interested in the feedback form a lot of guys who have been in this business longer than me.
We do business with Bob all the time, so I am not discounting his products at all. Just another tool in the box.
I just got my brand spanking new Water Dragon because of the feedback on this and other forums, so we will offer our help when we can pay it back to you folks
Tomorrow we will put the Water Dragon on the truck!

Bleach White will require more scrubbing than any of the standard cleaners we typically use on gutters. I feel certain that it will also be way more expensive per gallon than something like Purple Power. Tell your friend in Fl to use a quality cleaner made for the job and do it in the proper temps and he will see the stubborn gutters come very clean with the least amount of effort.
Purple Power can be bought in 5 gallon buckets from Advance Auto and delivered free with any order over $75.00,..there is usually a 30% off discount code you can apply that brings the cost down to around $19.00 a 5 gallon bucket,..thats around $3.80 a gallon,...and in Summer temps can be cut in half,...which makes it approximately $1.90 a gallon. And it works very well.

F-13 works but shipping makes it not as cost effective for me. In my use the dilution ratio is exaggerated so I didn't get more bang for my buck. But it seems to work for those who use it.

F-13 does work great but just be careful not to let it run on your skin. Here is the burn on my forearm one month later.
Been using this citrus gutter cleaner that Steve recommended and I love it. No more worrying about the siding or painted surfaces getting stain from f13. The Citrus Cleaner I find easier to use and works just as well if not better, and I love the price. $50.00 for a 5 gallon pail.
Doug, Have you had any problem with it getting too "hot"and removing paint? I've had that issue with F 13 a couple of times

Hey Doug, I always have my eyes open for new products,..for the simple reason of having other options when companies change formulas and it's nice to have options. So, I have a couple questions.
What is the dilution rate on this product?
How many applications?
Scrubbing or no scrubbing on the gutters shown in the pictures?
With shipping, and dilution rate factored in, what is your final cost per gallon?
Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks Doug, scrubbing gutters is normal, no big deal,..and sometimes 2 applications are needed with any product. A handful of gutter cleaners are equal in ability,..it's the cost per gallon that usually trumps all when all else is equal.

We have been using a citrus based cleaner for several years on gutters and it works very well leaving a nice shine on the gutters unlike SH which I find leaves the gutters looking dull. Also it doesn't burn your skin, sting your eyes and destroy your clothes. We spray it on and scrub with telescopic window cleaning poles connected to the customers outdoor tap or the purified water in the van. The dirt washes off so easy.
Jeff Wible said

SH= Sodium Hypochlorite or Sodium Hydroxide,..neither would,be used to clean gutters anyhow.
Also, no reason to use a waterfed pole for cleaning the outside of gutters. Spray on your gutter cleaner of choice and and use regular extension brush to clean, then rinse.
