Hey guys just new to the forum and need a little advice,
We use a fat boy for roof cleaning but just picked up a load of building washes and not sure if I should buy a 8gpm machine for soft wash or use our gas transfer pumps.
Gas pump is 2 HP and shoots about 30 ft with 6 GPMfor the rinse and fat boy is about the same. I can reach all the buildings but just looking for a little advice.
We are using black 40 gall garbage cans as buffer and chemical tanks at the moment which does not look to professional but it will let us work.
I worked with a guy last weekend and used his 8gpm PW and was reallllllly impressed but the equipment has a cost and we would need a new vehicle or a trailer.
I like the idea of down streaming as it saves mixing all the chemical and would use way less SH if I understand rightly per home.
Any thoughts.
Bill

It all depends on the exterior surface your cleaning....if you cleaning a rough surface like stucco or brick I'd stick with the Fat Boy, if it's a smooth surface, like vinyl siding or hardie plank, then definitely down streaming is the way to go.
