Try sodium hydroxide. You may have to brush it on. You might also have to brush the whole side to even it out as well.

Man, good luck Art,..transmission fluid is one of the oiliest, staining liquids there is. I've changed many transmissions over the years,.(none lately),...but when it gets on your clothes you may as well just throw them out. There is always an oily residual left,..no matter how many times they''re washed.
Anyhow,..Mike's suggestion is good,..you can also try something like Purple Power,..straight,...on a hot day,...and hope for the best!! Make NO promises on the outcome. If the siding is oxidized,...it won't be after your done cleaning the tranny fluid,.Ha,Ha,..
Do a test spot and charge accordingly,..with evening out be taken into consideration.
Not sure if the Gunk engine degreaser would work or not,..but it does foam,..and may stick a few extry seconds.

Just got back from the Condo Project. It wasn't tranny fluid. It was Artillry Fungus from the mulch.. Home Owners been bitching for a year about it. I guess she is going to get a bill to get it repaired.
