I did an estimate for a house wash and the lady said, dont worry about the rust/hard water, they don t come off. She had a few guys come out for estimates and they told her they could not promise anything and that the stains would most likey stay. I told her, they are wrong, and did a small 2'X2' area with F9. She said were do I sign, without even getting the prices yet. They have had their sprinklers fixed, so that it does not come back. The house also had a ton of black mold on it as well. We did the job and they were completely amazed. I used 8 gallons of F9. Some at a 3:1 and some at a 1:1, with no power washing and no scrubbing. The bad areas needed a few coats, but most came off easy. It took me, by myself about 2-1/2 hours to do the whole thing. My guys did th house & deck wash in a out 5 hours total. Not a bad day!!! SInce we did this job, she has recommended us to 11 people. I have signed 6 of them and we actually did 3 of the house washes already. She is my best proponent and talks to a lot of people.
Nice work. Your post said 8 gallons of F-9. Was that 8 gallons of mix? Just want to have an idea of coverage rate.

I was wondering the same.....at 3:1 and 1:1 I assume you're talking about water and not mix

It was 8 actual gallons of F-9, mix at two different ratios. Some of the lighter stains cme off easy with 3:1 (3 gallons water, one gallon F-9), but the majority took a couple coats at 1:1. The house was around 5500/sf and the entire bottom 6-8 feet had stains all the way around it.

Wow that looks great. Did the F9 fade the paint any? Just curious.
