Greetings Im seeking help. I will be giving estimate to pressure wash metal exterior of storage units. Its in the north Fl area. Please share ball park estimate to do a jab this size, approx 300 units My concerns, water getting in the units creating liability issues. What mix, I use a 12 volt pump. Bleach is an oxidizer so im thinking 1-1/2% solution then use a neutralizer wash to rinse. Help, thanks in advance. William

Get them to sign a waiver first saying you are not responsible for leaks.

Only you will know your numbers. Easiest way to do it is figure how many days it will take then add another and then figure out what you need per day to be profitable.

Mike brought up great points, and I agree with him! Compare this job to other jobs you've done in the past, think about how long it's going to take, and price out from there.

Thanks for the help most of my work has been residential. Commercial is generally more competitive.

Yes it's more competitive, but there are some advantages you need to take into account. You won't be wasting time driving around from job to job. There won't be as much attention to detail, trim pieces, soffit facia etc. You won't have as many setups and teardowns in the day as you will going to residential job after residential job either.

When there's a lot of tenant activity these centers can be a big PITA. Find out from the manager what the slowest days of the week are and schedule accordingly.

Good advise. Plan on making two trips as some unit are bound to be unavailable for cleaning the first day.
