Last year I experienced the same type of situation with a local company(SM) who wanted information on both roof and siding cleaning. I elected not to share info.

They don't deserve an answer handed to them because they are just stupid. They obviously have internet access,..so why wouldn't they just Google it!! I guess they want it even easier,..If it wasn't such a disservice to the customers (AKA Victims) you could send them an email explaining the benefits of Calcium Hypochlorite.
