Tim great to see you here! Tim is a really good friend of mine and one of the most professional washers out there!. He's got equipment that most of us could only dream of having, and has been doing this for over 20 years. He's really one of the few good guys in my market!

Thanks Hank. Not much to the truck...We use bleach and Soap applied by 12v pumps as well as 110v booster pumps. We rinse with a hypro 21gpm pump that I run at about half throttle pushing 12gpm@175psi actually at the nozzle. We apply with 3gpm and rinse with 12gpm, one guy applying and one guy (me) chasing him around all day flood rinsing. Our pw is a Honda/Cat 45g 4.5@3500. I blew the seals out of our 8@3600 and needed the 24hp for my mower at home so we use the 45g with good results and not so much water. We use the 36" Maxima and it pushes it just fine. We treat most our concrete after so what it doesn't get perfect the sauce will. We use a 200 gal water tank supplied by 2- 3/4" lines off the structure through Hudson floats. Our bleach tank is a 200 gal as well and our soap tanks are twin 16's. All lines are 300' and all reels are now Titan.

Tim,
Thanks. Over the years I've seen pictures of your rig on other sites. Now I have more info for future rigs of mine.
