Lets list some thing that should or shouldn't be done on the job. Thing that could keep you and your employee's safe.
Never have a leaky gun. It could cause burns to your arms, legs and other body parts

Always wear eye protection, no matter what. God only gave you one pair of them and they are precious.
Alao, never eat yellow snow!

It's sounds simple but no head phones playing music or anything else. Years ago I had to terminate my own nephew. Prior to his termination he received progressive discipline for the same infraction. The final straw was when he was weed whacking and a customer was attempting to get his attention because a rock went through a window.

Watch electrical wires with the ladder by the street and home. Spray your pant legs with bug spray, my guy once had a tick on him after going through some shrubs to set up a hose.

While on a ladder, never step back to admire your work.

Don't walk backwards on a roof and don't step on the hose while on a roof.

SH is not the right acronym for sodium hypochlorite, it is NaOCl.

Dont walk on moss, steep roof, wear a harness. If you get a hydroxide burn, dont try to pressure wash it off.

Always carry your MSDS sheets and have a safety system and plan of action. Always cuff your gloves at the end to ensure no chems reach your skin.

I tape my MSD's to the wall inside my box truck. If I ever need them I just have to cut them off with a knife blade. Haven't needed them yet, but they are always there.

Make sure your ladder is at the proper angle, make sure at least one hand is always gripping ladder and do not lean off to the side. Never answer "yes" when your wife asks if her dress makes her look fat.

Eyewash does have to be anything fancy for the truck. It can be really simple with 1/2 oz. bottle. Also add eye ointment to your first aid kit just in case. If you have the unfortunate splash of SH in the eyes the ointment helps the comfort level.
