Aloha everyone this is Chris and my lovely wife Melissa. We own a pressure washing and working on our soft wash system now here on the island of Oahu. We came across your website last week and we love it. We currently do car lots, house washing, roof and some commercial. Any great advice we love to take in ! Our saying is if you don't learn something new everyday you can never better yourself. Thanks everyone !!!!! Ps we have such a hat time getting chemicals over here due to shipping cost so any advice on saving a buck or two on mixes is greatly appreciated.

I hear you on the shipping cost. You basically have to change your mindset. Those cost need to be passed on to your consumers if there not willing to pay top dollar for quality service, equipment and chemicals than leave it for the hacks. Own your product don't let the consumers dictate your price. If word gets out that you are a cheap service than you will have a hard time re-establishing yourself as a high end softwash company.
