November 1 and finally got keys to our new office & shop. Took previous tenant an extra month to move out. Original place fell through, as landlords were uncomfortable with us keeping SH on premises And wanted a better "class" of business to occupy their space, lol.
I'm sure I've got a couple of weeks of painting. cleaning and tweaking ahead of me to make this space perfect… But it will come together!
I didn't see your post. 1800 sq ft is sweet. The layout is similar to my 1200 sq ft.

Plenty of room for trucks, trailers and tanks. Heck there is plenty of room for bunk beds when Ray starts his hood cleaning school.

Hmmmm......I've heard it said many times that you NEED a REAL office to be a REAL business.
Heck, if that's true the other soft washers in Tallahassee better run for cover!

Here are more From the day...
And it's honestly really really really a cool feeling to move into an office. I was so pissed when ever code enforcement got called on me ...which initiated this move, but in all honestly it's the best thing for our business!
Believe it or not, today is my anniversary ....November 1, 2009 I washed my first house as spray wash exterior cleaning. Not saying this to brag at all, I hope those of you who know me, know that I have the heart of a servant... Very proud that in five years, we've been able to pull ourselves out of a bankruptcy, and are now employers which have created nine jobs that were not there five years ago! We are not getting rich by any means, but we saved our house from foreclosure and we have a very comfortable life. I feel very blessed to be me right now!!!!!

They all fit... Even my estimate truck ( but it's not in There).
Here's what I've learned about this whole experience... Whatever you think you are going to spend on an office... Add 50%!!!
And the office part
