More friendly members - that's cool!
Thanks for the welcome Ray, Doug, Doug and Brandon.
I'm working hard to get up to speed for launch this Spring.
FYI - Lots of 8/12+ slopes up here in SW Ohio. And freezing temps from November through March. Don't laugh, I already bought Cougar Paws in case I have to walk. Standard Midwest patterns of algae stains/streaks, mold/fungus, some moss and less lichens overall.
Thanks for the Avatar note. It's my attempt to show customers what's happening on their roof, at the granular level.
All the best to you,
John Trevor

John do you have a larger scale version of that granule pic? That's really neat idea - I'd love to see it full scale. Did you draw that/have it made/find it?

Welcome John
You will find this board packed with guys and gals who really want to be of help. Read Read and then read some more.
If you can swing training, hop on a plane and go see Doug Rucker. That training program gave us the confidence to jump in and run.
Have fun with this business and provide service above and beyond your customer's expectations, and the 'wow" factor will carry you forward. It really can be fun and profitable to rescue their homes from the "ugly" that has creeped up on them.
