I was thinking about you when I saw that on the news last night. We are going to be in the teens below, and the five inches of snow isn't going anywhere.
Good nwws is the long range forecast for March, puts temps in the mid 50's by the second week of March. Hopefully this is the last hurrah of the artic air.

I'm just glad I don't have to work in the winter. In three years my daughter is off to college and I'll go to Florida all winter and do some bass fishing.

I too keep looking at the extended forecast and only hope they have it right. Weather forecaster are the only people who are wrong 75% of the time and keep their jobs! We got 5" on Monday and woke to 11 degrees this morning. I know it's nothing compared to you guys up north.

I'm glade ours isn't until the end of March! Today it's 6 degrees at 6:30 am with a 3 degree windchill and snow forecast for Saturday. The snow isn't such a big deal but these single digits.... a bit much.

Last night the heat in the house was on "wide open throttle" and there was still a bit of chill in the air this morning.

Our schools will be closed up here with these frigid temps coming. Check out photo below.
